As a Coffee Beanery master franchisee, an individual or company acquires the right to develop Coffee Beanery in their respective country (territory). The ideal master franchise candidate will have prior business or franchising experience, be reasonably well capitalized to support the endeavor, and have local resources, personnel and/or experience in real estate, financial matters, and training and education. Prior franchising experience isn't a requirement; what is essential, in addition to the qualifications stated above, is an ambitions entrepreneurial spirit and a commitment to the same core values we embrace here at Coffee Beanery headquarters. Trust, integrity and quality are at the forefront of those values.

Revenues are generated from the sale of franchises and royalty fees received by the master franchisee from every store in their territory. Coffee Beanery provides complete training to the master franchisee in franchising as a method of doing business, site selection and lease negotiation, store development, how to provide training for franchisees, and how to support and develop a franchise system.

In essence, the master franchisee becomes the franchisor for their particular country with the support and assistance of Coffee Beanery's management team. The Coffee Beanery also receives a minority share of the revenue generated in the territory and in turn provides ongoing training, support and operates as a business advisor for the term of the agreement.
