We make it easy to track your sales by participant and create your fundraising product order with our Tally Worksheet/ Order Form (requires Microsoft Excel for Windows 95 or higher). 

NOTE: Your browser may provide you with a "Save file as..." option. If this is the case, save it to your computer's hard drive in a location you will remember. If it opens the file in your browser instead (Internet Explorer), select "Save As..." and save it to your computer's hard drive.

Simply follow the instructions on the first page (we suggest that you print it for easy reference) to enter your fundraising participant information and total the orders they have received. Once completed, you can print the order page and then mail, fax, e-mail or call us with your order.
