Need to Return Your Purchase?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return for a full refund. We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges unless the return was a result of our error.
You can return your purchase for up to 14 days from the purchase date. Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. Any electronic product that has been opened and/or used cannot be returned unless the unit was received defective. Opened coffee, tea or other food product will be exchanged for the same product only.

How will my return be credited back to me?
♦ When you return your purchase to coffeebeanery.com by mail within 20 days of purchase date, you will receive a full refund to your credit card for the price of the item(s).
♦ Items received more than 21 days after the purchase date may not be returned by mail
