This delicate blend is roasted to just a click below a Full Roast or, in roaster's jargon "to the brink of the second crack", to develop the coffee's sweet and nutty taste.

SWISS WATER PROCESS® DECAF
We care about giving you the best product so all of our Decaf Coffee is decaffeinated using the Swiss Water Process. This Process is the only 100% chemical free decaffeination process that delivers coffee that is 99.9% caffeine-free while protecting the unique origin characteristics and flavor.
I am totally blown away. I tend to consume more coffee in Spring Time, and did not expect such boldness - not dark bold flavor, so much - with medium-dark roast flavors and nuances.
