The BRAZIL has a heat resistant, borosilicate glass beaker (the standard for all BODUM French press plungers) and a BPA-free polypropylene handle and base, which make the Brazil easy to use and easy to clean. Brewing coffee in the BRAZIL is one of life's great pleasures. It brews an excellent cup of coffee in the greenest way possible, just add coarsely ground coffee powder and hot water, wait 4 minutes and then slowly push down the plunger - done!

Buy a Bodum!!

First, I purchased the 3 cup Bodum. I loved the smoothness of the coffee! I made some Coffee Beanery English Toffee decaf for my very picky husband and he was so impressed that I then ordered the 8 cup Bodum so I could make enough for both of us at the same time. Before brewing, I warm the beaker with hot water from our Keurig. While brewing, I wrap the Bodum in a towel to keep the coffee hot.
