Coffee Beanery is pleased to announce their partnership with Rebecca's Reason this holiday season!
Rebecca's Reason has been operating since 2016. Following the birth and death of her daughter, Rebecca Anne Curtis, Sarah Curtis founded Rebecca's Reason to help families experiencing the loss of a child. After Rebecca passed, Sarah and her husband Steven were laden with many bills due to their daughter's birth, testing and hospital stay. Many of these bills showed up months after her passing, and with every bill that arrived, the grief opened anew.
Sarah wanted to lessen this as much as possible for other families going through this unbearable pain, so, with the support of her family, she created the non-profit, Rebecca's Reason. The non-profit makes financial contributions to the creditors of the family (funeral homes, hospitals etc.) to help relieve the burdens that inevitably follow trauma of this type. Since it's founding, Rebecca's Reason has helped over 230 families across the United States.
Coffee Beanery proudly supports Rebecca’s Reason this holiday season by donating $1 for each specially marked 12oz bag and single serve pods of Cinnamon Holiday Blend sold. CB will also collect additional donations to be given directly to Rebecca’s Reason.
