Not a Good place to do bussinees with

I purchased 3 different coffee's from you, one or all were regular coffee NOT the Decaf I ordered. I have sever heart problems with needless to say AFIB It took me time and a doctor visits to arrive at the fact your coffee was causing my problems that were under management. The only ID on the bags were a tape on the end that stated it was decaf. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN

Hi Marvin, I just looked up your order, you did in fact order decaf. If the tape said decaf then that is what was sent. Our decaf is called Swiss Water Process or SWP. It sounds like you received decaf as ordered as you stated the tape had decaf on it, that is where we label our decaf. You should also see the words Swiss Water Process or Swp on the tape. We ordered this flavor for Thanksgiving after our first frost in north Texas; we LOVED it; my husband especially likes it and says he can actually taste the pumpkin!!
